Went to buy gifts from a registry. The computer didn't work after numerous tries. Tried to get help and the employee was stuck at the same place I was. Then proceeded to tell me that there was only one computer, which was being used by an employee helping another customer. I waited patiently for another 15 minutes. I went back to the broken computer and it finally spout out the registry. When I went to find the products, the aisles stated on the list were wrong so I basically had to walk around until I saw the product. I saw many employees, but not one asked to help. Terrible customer service. Disorganized. Dark and dingy. You're better off going to the Boca store or shop online.
