AT&T Store at 9519 Westview Drive, Coral Springs, Florida.

I would not recommend this store to anybody! As an emergency, I bought a new Samsung Galaxy J3 that gave me problems after the first nine days of use. The policy for returns is up to 14 days as per the receipt. I came back to the store on the 12th day to either replace it or upgrade it, the manager was not in but texted back and forth with one of the sales rep, and then they told me that returns were not allowed on Go Phones, sorry. I then called ATT 1-800#, and they said that that was not accurate that there is a return policy on these phones up to 14 days and they resolved my problem by sending me a new one in 2 business days. I don't know why they have stores anymore, I am ordering online from now on.
